The book itself is fine, however, it refers constantly to a video featuring "Ruth" -- and if you rent this book, you don't have access to that video.Amazon should make clearer that the book repeatedly refers to Ruth's case, but you can't see any of the media material it is referring to.I think this is a blunder on their part, and they seem not to want to recognize this as a problem. I guess most students just don't read thoroughly so they don't care?
